The basic service that is offered is 5 days a week.

Meals are included in the green-up fee and are non-refundable.

For the children attending the school a modularity of enrollment in the canteen for less than 5 days per week is possible: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 (day(s) fixed(s)) and is possible to the year (preferably) or the trimester and not modifiable during the term.

All requests will be considered in order to organize the canteen service in the best conditions.

Preference to annual registration 5 days/week then annual registration 4, 3, 2, 1 day(s) fixed then quarterly registration 5 days per week and finally quarterly registration 4, 3, 2, 1 (day(s) fixed).

Outside of the quarterly registration periods, all change requests will be forwarded to the canteen service and must remain exceptional.

They will be subject to validation and will not be given priority. Applications must be received by the canteen service before the 15th of the month in order to be implemented for the following calendar month.

The days of registration in the canteen must be indicated in the registration form for the new school year.

Parents must complete an information form on the registration form to be submitted by the beginning of the school year.

In the exceptional case where the child has to stay in the canteen when it is not planned, it will be possible, a maximum of 3 times per year, to welcome him on an exceptional basis (subject to availability of space and subject to validation).

As this emergency reception service is a specific mode of reception it will be charged 30 CHF, the secretariat of the School must be notified at the latest the morning.

If the Secretariat is not notified, the penalty of CHF 100 described below will apply.
