Welcome to the page dedicated to your child's enrollment in the Jardin des Particules for the current school year.

If you do not have a CERN account, please create a CERN Lightweight Account by filling the online registration form using the following link:

A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically as soon as we received your registration form.

Step 1 - Constitution of the enrollment file

You will find below the list of the necessary elements for your registration file.
 

DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED, DATED, SIGNED

1. CRECHE: Form A - 4 months to 48 months, or
2. SCHOOL - Form B - 4 to 6 years old

For reasons of confidentiality and data protection, all documents are to be sent as a single pdf file through the secure CERNbox area of the Jardin des Particules at the following address:

Please put the child's name, first name and school year in the name of your file.

Step 2 - ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TO BE TRANSMITTED (at the latest on the 1st day of the new school year):

1. Copy of the vaccination certificate
2. Copy of the liability insurance certificate for the current school year

Step 3 - Optional documents - application for a reduction in tuition fees

Requests for reduction of school fees must be made at the time of registration. This is necessary for the establishment of the welcome contract.
Any request made at a later date will be refused, and the maximum rate will be applied.
