Documents to be sent
Please note that the request for a reduction of school fees can only be considered if all the documents have been submitted:
- Statement of gross income for the previous calendar year (n-1);
- Copies of contracts, for Swiss income: end of year certificate or 12 pay slips, 12 unemployment statements, pension amounts, etc. for each legal representative;
- Help with education costs received: certificate from a national body, certificate from an employer, reimbursement of school fees.
For reasons of confidentiality and data protection, all documents are to be sent as a single pdf file through the secure CERNbox area of the Jardin des Particules at the following address:

Please put the child’s name, first name and year in the name of your file.
You can proceed and submit this form now withouth the file requested.
Once you have uploaded the requested file on CERNbox return to this form and update the above value to “Complete file sent”.
By doing so you will receive an email confirmation that your request has been taken into account.
A welcome contract will then be sent to you once your file will be taken into account with all the additional information.
Your application for reduction of school fees will not be taken into account if you don’t provide the requested file.
